"We've Got [Oklahoma] Spirit"

This project was submitted as part of my portfolio for Introduction to Computer Graphics at Texas Christian University, and was conceptualized, designed, and completed in the fall semester of my freshman year. For my hometown poster, I chose to bring elements of Oklahoma's western heritage into the modern, growing, and vibrant city is it today. As a college freshman missing home, I drew inspiration from one of my favorite restaurants and music venues in Oklahoma City - The Jones Assembly. This design incorporates the large neon "Spirit" sign found by the outdoor bar on the patio, as well as their popular "Disco Nap" cocktail found at the right side of the cowboy. Following the original project, I re-imagined the poster in a new, brighter colorway.
